I know it is not easy being an Empath but 2020 has brought our experience to all new levels. Please let me know how you are doing and what you are doing to help cope with the times.
For transparency sake, I am having a challenging time handling the new landscape. I have a lot of variables going on that is making me say "Never did I ever think this would be my life!" However, I am making due the best I can. The five most helpful things I have found for me are: 1) sleep 2) talking to friends/and or a therapist 3) light hearted entertainment 4) CBD oil 5) and walking around my neighborhood
